It’s February, and a new year is ahead of us. Paladin customers have had a successful year, which means we have too! We’re happy to announce our expansion and new software. Here’s a recap of what we’ve been up to in 2014.
We’ve outgrown our facility! So much so, we’ve expanded into our new corporate facility: 20,000 square feet, 2.4 acres, and plenty of parking. We’ve had a huge increase in the number of licenses going live with our software this year, and we’re hiring many more Paladin team members. As we grow, Paladin is seen in advertising across the nation, increasing awareness of our point of sale system. We’ve expanded our production of training and instructional videos and have implemented a technical blog site. We’re excited about these changes and look forward to another year of growth.
Paladin realizes how much simpler life is when technology is implemented in business. Here are a few things that we’ve worked on this year to make 2015 even better for you:
- Managed Anti-virus: Paladin’s Managed Anti-virus keeps your store safe. Receive computer security and virus protection without managing the software yourself. We’ll do all the work for you! Our certified anti-virus technician sets up and monitors your anti-virus so you can stay focused on your customers.
- Paladin Mobile Access: While this isn’t a new feature, we wanted to highlight it anyway. With Paladin Mobile Access your store’s stats are at your fingertips. Check your store’s inventory and look at how and when a product sells—all on your smart phone. Keep track of how your store is doing, even when you’re not there.
- Upcoming Mobile2Deliver™: Hello, paperless! Now Paladin supports delivery schedules and when making deliveries, drivers can check invoices, accept signatures, and attach pictures and notes—without shuffling through papers. Any changes made in the field are automatically updated in the store. This means there is no longer a need to do any reconciliation when the driver returns. Keep your eyes open for Mobile2Deliver and many other Paladin Mobile2 capabilities.
