To improve your customers’ experience with emailed statements, Paladin POS now allows you to place your store name in the email subject line to be followed by the additional message of “Account Statement.” We believe this will allow a higher percentage of emails to be opened and utilized.
This feature may be enabled by clicking File – Setup – Forms and browse to the Email Options group box. Check the box beside the label of “Use Company Name in Emailed Statements.” The company name used is pulled from the Company Name field on the Company tab. You are able to view the name that will be used in the field to the right of the checkbox. Remember to click Save and exit Setup.
