We’ve found many instances where cashiers and customer service personnel have not been provided with your store’s access credentials to use the Paladin POS Customer Portal on www.PaladinPOS.com.
The customer portal has several valuable tools that can benefit every member of your staff. It has always been our vision that employees can watch training videos, research a how-to issue from our knowledge base or ask for help from Paladin’s Customer Service Dept without requiring a manager to initiate the action.
With this release, anyone authorized to use Paladin POS now has access to these three valuable resources. From within Paladin POS, click HELP and notice three new menu choices: Training Videos, Knowledge Base and Open a New Case. Click on a menu item and our system automatically logs you into the customer portal (using the store’s credentials) and delivers you to the section of your choice. The entire session is contained within the Paladin POS Safe Browser that doesn’t allow your employees to browse to other sites or addresses.
To enable this feature click File – Setup – Company and scroll down the display until reaching the information group box for Paladin Customer Portal. Enter the Username and Password supplied by Paladin Customer Service and click Save.
