A benefit from computers not throwing anything away is that you may easily re-activate most deleted items.
Deleted Inventory in Paladin Purchase Orders
Paladin POS had added a pop-up message in the body of the PO anytime a part number is manually entered, found in inventory, and also found marked as deleted. The purchasing agent will be prompted for an approval to restore this item to active status before the item is accepted as a valid for the purchase order. If approval is not received, the manually entered item is cleared, leaving the item marked as deleted.
