Some stores report a segment of their customer base has difficulty unzipping Paladin POS generated email attachments. Stores may now disable the automatic Zip function that has been an inherent feature of the Paladin POS email module.
How does it fix the problem?
If this new feature is used, no one will need to unzip an invoice or statement attachment to view it.
To disable the automatic Zip function, click File – Setup – Forms and scroll down the page to the Email Options information box. Uncheck the box beside the label of “Compress (Zip) Email Attachments” and click Save.
